Our well maintained CNC lathes have chucking capacity of up to 13″ and through the spindle diameters of 3.00″ down to .093. Tolerances often held on these machines are as close as ±.0004. The independent turret design of this equipment allows for more than one tool to be in cut at a time, thus reducing cycle times and the cost to produce a part. Our 5-axis machine with sub-spindle and live tools can produce many parts complete, thereby eliminating costly secondary operations.
